If you have hair problems or want to prevent them then just keep reading this. No more home remedies just include these ingredients in your meals to get great hair.
1. Foods for hair growth
Not just older people suffer from hair loss and try many home remedies/treatments. But many of us just want to grow out our hair but are not sure what to do. Getting regular haircuts or trims helps your hair grow back faster. But if you do not want to cut your hair then just include these foods in your regular diet.
2.Foods for Hair strength
Everybody wants strong and healthy hair especially if you use hot tools on a regular basis. To keep your hair strong and prevent breakage you can apply so many oils or you could eat this.
3. Foods for Hair Color
Having a rich hair color can almost be impossible leading you to buy hair dyes that do not even last. At the end, your hair discolors as well as hair dyes leaving you with the same problem that you started with. Prevent gray hairs by eating vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables.
We all want perfect looking hair and the way we achieve this is by using hot tools on our hair. Hot tools can damage our hair very fast and makes our hair look beautiful only for a short amount of time but as time goes by you will notice the damage. That is why I am going to share my tips on how to use hot tools and prevent dry and damaged hair.
1. Do Not Buy Cheap tools
Cheap hairstyling tools tend to only have one setting which is not great because not everybody has the same type of hair. I am not saying to buy a very expensive tool but do not buy the cheapest one just to save money. Buy one that looks professional and find one that displays the temperature so you can adjust the temperature to your hair type.
Different styling methods could save your hair from more damage. I would research different techniques or short cuts that could save you time and your hair.
3. Your Hair Type
The key here is to know your hair, is it thick, flat, frizzy, or thin. If you have very thin or fine hair the best thing to do is use the lowest heat setting on your hair to prevent damage. Also if you are curling your hair you need to use thinner barrels if you have short/thin hair. Everything depends on the type of hair you have and what is the best option for it.
Once again back to school time is here and with it comes more stress/homework. All of these task will start taking time away and will leave you with less time for yourself. This is why I came to help you with these three easy hairstyles that you can manage to do in 5 minutes or less. I will help you look more put together before you walk into class and look like you took hours doing your hair.
1. Triple Braid
This is one of my favorite hairstyles because it is so easy. It is just three braids put together but it looks like you placed a lot of time and effort.
2. Messy Bun
This second hairstyle is the one I recommend to the girls who are really running late. I think this hairstyle still looks cute and casual at the same time. I can manage to do this hairstyle in 2 minutes or less.
In my opinion this hairstyle is so basic and simple that anyone can pull this one off. You can even stop at step 3 and have a half up and half down hairstyle.
If you have thin hair you know the typical struggles we face everyday.People who have thin hair buy hair products that will give them more body or volume because thin hair tends to be flat.Styling tools like curling irons are useless because after curling your hair for hours it usually does not hold the curl. But I will share some tips and tell you some things to avoid if you have thin hair.
1. Don't Flat Iron Your Ends
Flat ironing the ends of your hair is a bad idea if you have thin hair because this will bring split ends and a lot of breakage. If you are going to flat iron your hair I would apply heat protectant and use the least amount of heat on the ends of the hair.
2. Using To Many Products
Try to use the least amount of products on your hair because applying to many products can weigh your hair down.Making you hair look flat and lacking volume/bounce.
3. Don't Use Conditioner On All Your Hair
When taking a shower apply conditioner only to the ends of the hair and not on all of your hair. Using conditioner on a regular basis can make your hair look greasy especially thin hair.
When traveling people are usually in a rush and have no time to get ready. People are worried about the flight, luggage, and so many other things putting their appearance in dead last. Hair is a challenge in days like these because you do not know what hairstyle is the fastest and comfortable while on the plane. Here I will show you some quick and comfortable hairstyles you can manage to do on busy travel days.
I think dutch braids are perfect for long travel days because you can do this hairstyle in a few minutes. It also gets all of your hair out of your face and makes you feel put together. You can undo your braids after the flight and will leave you with perfect waves.
2. Half Top Knot
This hairstyle is just right because it gets all the baby hairs out of your face and makes you feel flawless. Its also great if you do not want to put all of your hair up in a bun.
3. Twisted Headband
The twisted headband is one of the easiest hairstyles that will only take a couple minutes. This hairstyle only requires a headband and you keep tucking you hair around the headband.
Beachy Waves are so beautiful but sometimes so hard to achieve, but I have the solution. My beach waves can be achieved with no hot tools needed like curling wands. This is my everyday go to hairstyle that never fails and looks so natural.
My Steps Towards Beachy Waves
1. The Key is to have wet or damp hair to start, I usually do this hairstyle right after I get out of the shower.
2.Next I grab my Pantene Pro-V Stylers Mousse and apply it throughout my hair. You can use any type of mousse for curly hair. When I am applying the mousse I usually scrunch my hair up to get more volume.
3.This last step is optional , if you want you can blow dry your hair and apply hairspray for a better hold.
Straight hair tends to fall out more and break easier than curly hair. Straight hair needs more care and attention to prevent breakage and split ends. Here are some helpful tips that can help you take care of your straight hair.
2. Wet Ponytail
Do not put your hair up when it is still wet because this makes hair stretch causing more breakage. It is better to let it dry and when if you want to put it up you can.
As we all know using flat irons and curling irons tend to damage hair but with straight hair more damage occurs. The best thing to do is wash your hair the day before using any hot tools and avoid using a hair dryer.Applying a heat protectant on your hair before using tools will also minimize the damage.
