All woman love to wear high heels but they are not so friendly to your feet sometimes. We all must have a favorite pair of heels that you love but kills your feet. So now you have to make the difficult decision between wearing them or not. I have had this problem so many times but these are some of my tips to prevent bunions, bleeding, and corns.
1. Corn Cushions
These little circles are the best and will relieve all pain quickly. Just place the circle on the toes that most often rub against your shoe. This makes walking in heels so much easier and pain-free.
This was another product that I tried so I would not get a blister while wearing my heels. You can apply this to the back of your shoe or on your skin.
3. Blowdryer with socks
Wear thick socks and blow dry the area that feels tight or hurts when you walk. This will stretch the heel if it fits to tight.
